I just want to share the two items that I bought last Wednesday (August 29) @ Watson's. :)



QUICK FX Pimple Eraser (49.75php)

"helps dry up pimples, helps diminish and reduce dark spots due to scarring, helps protect skin against the sun"
Active Ingredients: Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin C and Niacinamide

Ingredients Breakdown:
Glycolic Acid - rejuvenates and evens out skintone. It also clears pores by removing old and dead skin, exposing healthy skin cells underneath. (Exfoliator, Whitening)
Salicylic Acid - helps prevent and treat pimples. It also helps clear out blemishes, fine lines and dark spots. (Exfoliator, Whitening)
Zinc Oxide - helps control inflammations and relieves the skin against irritation and rash. It also helps provide superior protection against the harmful rays of the sun. (Astringent, Sunscreen)
Vitamin C - helps protect against UVB rays and can help combat sun damage. It also decreases wrinkles and lightens pigmented skin. (Antioxidant, Whitening)
Niacinamide - helps lighten dark spots. It also helps in the treatment of acne.

~First Impression: The words "pimple eraser" caught my eye so I immediately grabbed this one. I was reading the back part of the product and I am impressed by the active ingredients. This is the first time I saw a cream in the drugstore this complete with pimple fighting ingredients and sun protection at the same time. I don;t have that many pimples but I breakout occasionally especially at my time of the month. I also have A LOT of redness on my cheeks and some acne scars so I hope this will be a remedy. I am trying this one at the moment and I will give a thorough review of this product on the days to come. :)

Maybelline Baby Lips Pink Glow in Baby Pink mixed berry flavour (99.00php)

~First Impression: I'm dying to have the Baby Lips line from Maybelline ever since late 2011 when it caught my eye in Japanese fashion magazines like Popteen, Nicola, Egg and Vivi! I thought it would be pricey but I am wrong it's just 99php and the other variants at 79php I think. It took me a great while to get this product because I have been using another lip balm and its almost full that time but now I almost reached the bottom so here I am replacing it. Hello Baby Lips! :D

Packaging - Its really simple like the other lip balms on the drugstore but ohmy, I would die from the pink and silver combination of the tube! Although at times the cover is hard to remove. ^^

Fragrance - Another thing to die for! It's very yummy and I wanna eat the whole thing! The mixed berries scent was oh so great and heavenly. :D

Color - I got the Baby Pink color because it's the only one available (and I thought that it's the only variant for the line). I dunno that there's a Pink Blast variant of this but nevertheless I love it! The color payoff is not that great but that's ok for me 'coz I just use this as a base for my lip color/tint. If you wear this alone it will give you a natural flush of color on your lips that is if you have lighter lips than mine. LOL

Moisture - Truly moisturizing than my other lip balm. I just can't tell if the really last for 8hrs because I've been pairing this with my lip tint and you know lip tints are somewhat drying. Nevertheless, I'm in love with this product right now. :)
