The first thing I thought to compare it with was beef tapa. They looked exactly the same! Hahah. The thing I really liked the most is its smoky flavour. It's a little tough though, but it was manageable. I can't stop eating it! Very good combination of spices and the beef was of great quality. I really recommend this to you guys. Hope I can share this to all of you!

Game Jerky
Crocodile and Kangaroo meat?! Seriously??? Eeeekkk!
Mariani game jerky provides the real wild taste of the Aussie outback.
Crocodile Jerky
(Meat looks like biscuits. LOL)
Kangaroo Jerky
(Same look as beef but still, its Kangaroo)
I felt weird when I saw this. I really don't know how to react. I can't imagine that I can Before, I was tempted to eat some Crocodile meat in the form of a Crocodile Burger sold in a Crocodile Reservation Center in Palawan (2011), but then I realized its gross. LOL. I also thought about these poor animals killed for the sake of their meat. These snacks were different. They were approved by different Australian Government Agencies and the process was performed in a sanitary manner in accordance to the Export Control Act. I was relieved, phew. ^_^ Disclaimer:
