| Etude House Cloud Bubble Foam Review
Hello guys! It's been a while since I last posted because as you know I spent 4 days touring around Bohol and Cebu. Yipeee!! :DI wouldn't let the opportunity pass by so I did some shopping at Ayala Malls in Cebu (it's included in our itinerary) and to my surprise Etude House has a 50% OFF Sale! We immediately scoured the store and after almost an hour of trying and swatching things I just got one item: Etude House Cloud Bubble Foam which I will review today. :) ![]() Original Price: Sale Price: 199php :) ![]() All in Korean shocks! XD Good thing there's an English description at the bottom. :) ![]() Etude House Cloud Bubble FoamThe pump is very hygienic! I also love the close and open mechanism by twisting the dispenser a bit. ![]() As the name suggests, the product when dispensed is in bubble form. It looks like clouds! Oh so flufffffffyyyyyyy. :D ![]() I tested its strength on removing makeup. ^^ ![]() #1: Ever Bilena Blush in Earth (left), Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner (middle) and Etude House Cloud Bubble Foam (right) #2: Bubble foam spread throughout the back of my hand and lightly rub, rub, rub! #3: After rinsing in running water: EB Blush is removed but Maybelline Gel Eyeliner remained basically because it's waterproof. ^^ --- ~Instant Love: Affordable price and big amount of product. Not to mention it's very matipid gamitin! ~Instant Hate: No box? Hahah. Had a hard time packing it in my suitcase thankfully it didn't spill. ^^ Likes: Cool bubble foam Very mild formulation Mild scent pH balancing formula Dislikes: NONE :) Purchase again? Yup. If it's on sale. hahah. LOL. XD ![]() Labels: cloud bubble foam, etude house, review My Etude House Collection :D

Hello guys! ![]() This is my review on Etude House Dream On Foundation Slim & Cover in #2 Natural Beige. "Dream On Foundation Slim & Cover SPF22/PA+ is the secret to dreamy bright complexion. Foundation makeup maintains moist, oil absorbing texture for radiant coverage with UV protection. Contains hyaluronic acid, light botanical oil complex and encapsulated oil control powder to smooth moisturize and nourish complexion.Source: BB Cream Boutique I. The Packaging ![]() The box is very pretty and princessy~! Combination of pinks and white with brown font. It is somewhat durable but it got creased due to shipping. Even if the product is empty I will surely keep the box 'coz its so cute. (。♥‿♥。) I'm a box troll. Hahah. ![]() Also note that Etude often puts an info on the expiry of the product. On this case its 18months after opening. Very helpful. ^^ ![]() The clear glass bottle. ♥ A little heavy but definitely durable. I believe it will not shatter into pieces if it falls from ur desk. Hahah. But I dare not try that. XD It will fit perfectly in a medium sized makeup bag if you don't mind it being a little heavy. LOL The cap is made of hard and durable light pink colored plastic that resembles a tulip. It complements the simple glass bottle very well. (。♥‿♥。) Because of the cute spout the product can be dispensed hygienically and efficiently. You can control how much product you want out. Savvy! RATING: 4.5/5Btw. Etude released a new packaging for this product. I just dont know when. Hahah. XD Here it is: ![]() I still prefer the old one. This looks a little "mature" than the first. Hahah. XD II. The Product ![]() I got the shade #2 which is Natural Beige. At first I am afraid that I got the wrong shade 'coz most of the time I get the lightest shade on any Korean cosmetic that I have. This is the first one that I have in the darkest shade. LOL. In terms of consistency yes it is more thicker than a BB regular cream. I am not a fan of foundation brushes/sponges because I'm too lazy to clean them (LOL) so most of the times I use my fingers to apply foundation or BB cream. The formula is easy to blend and has light to medium coverage. It is obviously buildable so I suggest applying a little amount first then build the coverage on areas that need to be covered. You can also use this without a concealer but it won't cover your dark circles very well. Here it is applied and blended on my hand. - ![]() It blends well and looks natural. :D Troll face ahead!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() Applied to the right side of my face using my fingers. It made my face brighter and also adds a healthy dewy glow. Waaaaa. Impressive! ![]() Note that it contains hyaluronic acid which provides moisture, light complex oil (I think this is responsible for the brightening effect), and encapsulated oil control powder. After almost 4hrs of wearing.... tadaaaa!! (excuse my face) ![]() I have monstrously oily face! But it seems that after almost 4hrs I only got a little shine on the T-zone but this shine is somewhat healthy looking, more of like a dewy look. ^__^ Btw. I applied my HG powder Maybelline Clear Smooth All In One Shine Free Cake Powder SPF 25 PA++ in 02 Nude Beige on top of it. And unlike other foundations I have tried it doesn't sink or clump on to my skin after a few hours. It really lasts~! I also love the fact that it doesn't give me a ghastly grayish undertone found on many BB creams. And not to mention I got it cheaper than the mall price of course from one of my favorite sellers in Ebay so it was a definite steal~! (view my haul here) Orig Price: 578php (from Etude House PH's site) Ebay Price: 204.75php (won on an Ebay auction) ![]() So will I repurchase? Yes I will. :D RATING: 5/5![]() Labels: dream on, etude house, foundation, review, slim and cover Butterfly Tattoo Nail Art Tutorial
Hey gals!I just wanna share how to make my new nail art in this tutorial. I was inspired by a YouTube video tutorial (I forgot the title >.<) about nail art using good ol' peel off temporary tattoos. I was amazed by the technique and I decided to do my own version. I hope you will be inspired by mine too. ^_^ ---- Here's what I used: ![]() L-R: 1) The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Nail Remover in 01 Pink ; 2) Skinfood Vita Nut Nail Strengthener ; 3) Etude House Petit Darling Nails HD Beam in #BR308 ; 4) Etude House Jelly Pop Nail Top Coat ; 5) Ball of cotton ; 6) Temporary tattoo/s ; 7) Scissors ------ Let's begin! ![]() My FUGLY nails from failed attempts of drawing a lip shape and a star. LOL. So first things first, clean ur nail from any residue of past nail polishes. I used The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Nail Remover in 01 Pink, I really love the scent of this nail (polish) remover so I nearly reached the bottom of the bottle! After cleaning put on a base coat, I used Skinfood Vita Nut Nail Strengthener as a base coat. It is formulated with Vitamin E and Protein that provides nutrition to the nails. :) ![]() While waiting for the base coat to dry, cut the temporary tattoo into sizes that would fit your nails appropriately. I used a bigger scissor. ToT ![]() Here are the pieces when cut. ^^ ![]() Notice that they were only 9. Haha! I am cutting the 10th piece while taking the picture. XD After cutting appropriate sizes apply your base color. I used Etude House Petit Darling Nails HD Beam in #BR308. I chose this color because I love how it matches my hand's skin tone and I love nude colors. :) ![]() 1 coat is just enough for me. I love how pigmented the color is, very HD! :D This is the pic when done with my left hand: ![]() While waiting for the base color to dry I played one of my favorite iPhone games. Zombie Cafe! Harhar. ![]() Prepare water on a small container (I used the nail (polish) remover's cap.LOL) and a ball of cotton. ![]() Carefully place the tattoo over your nails. Make sure the base color is COMPLETELY dry before doing this or it will ruin the base color! ![]() It looks like I have super pointed nails. Haha! Swipe. Swipe. Swipe, with a wet cotton ball or press it over the tattoo like I did for about 10-15 seconds. ![]() CAREFULLY peel off the tattoo and ta-da!! What a cute little butterfly. <3 ![]() Continue doing the steps to the rest of the nails. Remember to be patient! :) . . . DON'T FORGET TO APPLY TOPCOAT. It will protect the tattoo from peeling off and also protect your nails from chipping. I used Etude House Jelly Pop Nail Top Coat, a shiny jelly coating that supplies nail strengthening enamel protection for long lasting manicure expression. I love how cool and glossy my nails are after applying this topcoat. :D . . . Finish! :) ![]() Don't forget to clean off the messy edges. :P ~ ~ ~ XOXO Labels: butterfly, etude house, face shop, nail art, skinfood, tattoo, tutorial Ebay Haul :D
